Daulton Varsho (knee) leaves game early Friday

by David Leisering | Blue Jays Correspondent | Fri, Apr 17th 11:31pm EDT

Daulton Varsho (knee) was removed from Friday's game against the Diamondbacks with left knee discomfort. (Toronto Blue Jays on X)

Fantasy Impact:

Varsho struck out in his only at bat of the game before being replaced by Myles Straw in centerfield to start the bottom of the third inning. More information on the severity of Varsho's injury should come in the next day or so and, if he's forced to miss time, Straw would likely be the next man up. Varsho is hitting .262 with three home runs and seven RBI in 19 games.
