Rangers outfielder Brandon Nimmo hit a leadoff home run as part of a 5-0 win over the Mariners on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Nimmo got the Rangers going with a solo shot off of Mariners right-hander Logan Gilbert to lead off the game for his fourth home run of the season and his third over his last seven games. The 33-year-old was added in the offseason in a one-on-one trade for second baseman Marcus Semien, a deal the Rangers have won to this point as Nimmo is hitting .313 with four homers, four doubles, a triple, a stolen base, and a .934 OPS across his first 20 games with his new club.
