The Pirates have optioned right-hander Cam Sanders to Triple-A Indianapolis.
Fantasy Impact:
Sanders was recalled from Indianapolis on Friday, but he was shelled for four earned runs in just 2/3 of an inning against the Rays on Saturday. Right-hander Wilber Dotel was recalled in a corresponding move.
