Chicago Cubs manager Craig Counsell said Hunter Harvey is still in the treatment phase, and the goal is for him to resume throwing later this week. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Harvey landed on the 15-day injured list due to right triceps inflammation after not recovering well following his April 3 and April 8 outings. If he begins throwing this week without issue, he could return to the Chicago Cubs bullpen sometime in May.
