Denzel Clarke (foot) placed on 10-day IL

Clarke did not start either of the previous two games, though he did enter Tuesday's victory over the Mariners to play defense. He was officially placed on the 10-day injured list Wednesday due to a bone bruise in his right foot. (A's Communications)
Fantasy Impact:
Zack Gelof is expected to receive regular playing time while Clarke is sidelined, having already started the last two contests. While Clarke will be eligible for activation at the start of May, it is not yet clear if he will be ready to return at that time.
