Jose Soriano makes history Wednesday night

Jose Soriano continued his early season dominance on Wednesday as he tossed five scoreless innings in the Angels' 7-3 win over the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
Soriano actually looked human on Wednesday as he allowed a season-high seven hits in his shortest outing of the year. He left with a 3-0 lead, but the bullpen couldn't hang on to get him a sixth win in six starts. However, Soriano became the first pitcher - not including openers - in major league history to allow only one run through the first six starts of a season. Meanwhile, his microscopic ERA of 0.24 is the lowest through a pitcher's first six starts of a season since earned runs became an official stat in 1913. Soriano is 5-0 with a 0.24 ERA and a 0.82 WHIP and is lined up to make his next start on Tuesday against the White Sox.
