Jack Kochanowicz turns in another solid outing Tuesday
by David Leisering | Angels Correspondent | Wed, Apr 22nd 8:54am EDT
Jack Kochanowicz allowed just one run on five hits in 5.2 innings on Tuesday, but settled for a no-decision as the Angels suffered a 4-2 loss to the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
Kochanowicz turned in another solid start for the Angels on Tuesday despite striking out just one batter in his 5.2 innings. After going 3-11 with a 6.81 ERA in 23 starts last season, Kochanowicz is 2-0 with a 3.10 ERA in five starts this year. He has allowed only 19 hits in 29 innings, but his 19:17 K:BB ratio is not great which doesn't make him a must-own starter in fantasy. But, he definitely worthy of a spot in deeper leagues and could be a sneaky streamer in his next start against the White Sox on Monday.
