Blue Jays shortstop Andres Gimenez went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI in an 8-6 loss to the Guardians on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Gimenez did his part in this one, driving in two with a double in the sixth inning while adding a pair of singles to his ledger on the evening. That marks two straight multi-hit efforts that included an extra-base hit for the 27-year-old after a cold four-game stretch. Gimenez is now slashing .289/.316/.467 with three homers, 14 RBI, and four stolen bases through 25 games on the season.
