Max Scherzer struggles again in loss to Guardians Friday

Blue Jays right-hander Max Scherzer lasted just 2 1/3 innings while allowing seven earned runs and taking the loss against the Guardians on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Friday marked another rough outing for the veteran, who was knocked around for six hits, including a trio of home runs, along with three walks in another short outing. He did not strike out a batter. The 41-year-old has lasted 2 1/3 innings or less in three of his last four starts and has seen his ERA balloon to 9.64 through five starts on the season. With Trey Yesavage (shoulder) and Jose Berrios (elbow) nearing returns to the active roster, Scherzer is far from guaranteed to remain a member of the team's rotation moving forward.
