Blue Jays outfielder Jesus Sanchez went 1-for-3 with a solo home run as part of an 8-6 loss to the Guardians on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
After the Guardians scored five runs off of veteran starter Max Scherzer in the top of the first, Sanchez's solo home run in the bottom half of the frame cut the deficit to 5-2. He went hitless in his other two plate appearances in the contest before being lifted for the right-handed-hitting Myles Straw. The 28-year-old is off to a nice start with his new team, slashing .270/.325/.432 with three home runs, 12 RBI, and a .757 OPS through 24 games on the campaign.
