Pete Crow-Armstrong homers in Tuesday win over Padres
by David Leisering | Cubs Correspondent | Wed, Apr 29th 10:43am EDT
Pete Crow-Armstrong went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run on Tuesday to help the Cubs to an 8-3 win over the Padres.
Fantasy Impact:
Crow-Armstrong hit his second home run of the year when he took Padres' reliever, Wandy Peralta, deep in the seventh inning. The young outfielder is starting to heat up at the plate, going 9-for-28 (.321) over his last eight games. However, after reaching the 30-30 club last season, Crow-Armstrong has only two home runs and six stolen bases in 2026. He's still playing elite gold glove defense in center, but that, unfortunately, doesn't help fantasy teams.
