Ryne Nelson settles for no-decision Friday

Ryne Nelson allowed one run on two hits, walked one, and struck out seven, in 6.2 innings on Friday. He settled for a no-decision, however, as the Diamondbacks lost to the Mets in 10 innings, 3-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Nelson allowed a solo home run to Mark Vientos in the second, a single to Francisco Alvarez in the third, and a walk to Carson Benge in the seventh as he has put back-to-back solid outings together. Nelson has a 1.46 ERA and an 11:3 K:BB ratio in two starts this month after pitching to a 23.63 ERA in his final two starts in April. Friday's outing was the deepest he has pitched into a game this season and he also tied a season-high with seven strikeouts. He has a 5.68 ERA in eight starts this season and will square off against the Rangers, in Texas, on Wednesday.
