Fantasy Impact:
Miller opened the year on the injured list after straining an oblique during the spring. He has made four rehab appearances, posting a 1.98 ERA, between High-A Everett and Triple-A Tacoma. Injuries also hampered in 2025 campaign as he was limited to 18 starts and struggled to a 5.68 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP over 90.1 innings. However, the righthander was sensational in 2024 with the Mariners, going 12-8 with a 2.94 ERA and 171 strikeouts in 180.1 innings. Seattle has a stretch of 14 games in 14 days, so the Mariners will employ a six-man rotation and then reassess after the upcoming stretch. Miller has been built up to just 61 pitches in his last rehab start, so he will likely be on a pitch count against the Astros on Wednesday.
