Brady Singer fights command in short outing Tuesday against Nationals
by Chris Schommer | Reds Correspondent | Wed, May 13th 8:12pm EDT
Brady Singer allowed three earned runs on six hits while walking one and striking out two over 3 2/3 innings in Tuesday's loss to the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Singer has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in four of his last five starts. The right-hander remains a risky starting option for manager Terry Francona as part of an inconsistent Reds rotation, posting a 5.79 ERA and 1.67 WHIP with a 2-3 record and 2.55 K/BB ratio over nine starts.
