Spencer Strider allowed one earned run on three hits and three walks while striking out four over 5 1/3 innings in Friday’s win over the Red Sox.

Strider continues a strong stretch on the mound, allowing one earned run or less in two of three starts. The right-hander continues to work through control issues since returning from injury, carrying a 2.45 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with an 11.0 K/9 ratio and a 1-0 record through three starts.
