Trey Yesavage solid in no-decision Friday versus Tigers
by Brenton Kemp | Blue Jays Correspondent | Sat, May 16th 12:49pm EDT
Blue Jays right-hander Trey Yesavage allowed two earned runs on four hits and two walks in a no-decision Friday versus the Tigers.
Fantasy Impact:
Yesavage was solid in this one and was in line for the win until he surrendered a Riley Greene RBI double in the bottom of the sixth inning. Nonetheless, the rookie managed to complete six innings on 88 pitches in his first start of the season, in which he had no restrictions on how deep he went into the game. The 22-year-old sports a stellar 1.40 ERA through four starts on the season and lines up to take on the Yankees in a tough road start next week.
