Nick Martinez allowed zero earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out four over six innings in Saturday's 10-5 loss to the Miami Marlins.

Martinez has now allowed one earned run or fewer in five straight starts and owns a stellar 1.51 ERA, ranking second among all qualified MLB starters. Despite recording just 35 strikeouts across 53.2 innings, he continues to limit damage thanks to a 1.84 BB/9 and 4.7 HR/FB rate. His next scheduled start is on Friday against the New York Yankees.
