Sean Burke allowed two earned runs on four hits and three walks while striking out five over 4 2/3 innings in Wednesday’s loss to the Mariners.
Fantasy Impact:
Burke has offered mixed results on the mound of late, allowing four earned runs or more in two of his last four starts. The right-hander remains one of the more inconsistent starting options for manager Will Venable in the White Sox rotation, posting a 4.08 ERA and 1.21 WHIP with a 2-3 record and 7.8 K/9 ratio through 10 appearances.
