Tigers right-hander Jack Flaherty allowed three earned runs across 5 2/3 innings in a losing effort Thursday against the Angels.
Fantasy Impact:
After a slew of rough, short-lived starts, Flaherty delivered his best effort in some time on Thursday. He scattered six hits on the afternoon, but didn't walk a batter and struck out a hefty nine Angels while dropping to 0-6 on the season. The 30-year-old continues to search for his first victory of the season as he takes a 5.81 ERA into his next scheduled start on Tuesday in a tough road matchup against the Rays.
