by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Mon, Jun 1st 8:48pm EDT
Zach Agnos has been optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque by the Colorado Rockies. Righthander TJ Shook is getting called up and will replace Agnos on the roster. (Colorado Rockies on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Agnos made his first career start on May 21 and held the Diamondbacks to one hit over five scoreless innings, lowering his ERA to a season-best 4.76 after the outing. However, disaster struck the righthander in his last two appearances as he has allowed 14 runs on 13 hits in just three innings, raising his season ERA to 7.78 in 16 games. Agnos will head to Triple-A to work on some things in the hopes of joining the big league roster again at some point this summer.
