Zebby Matthews allowed two earned runs on five hits and four walks while striking out two over seven innings in Friday's 5-3 win over the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Matthews wasn't exactly painting corners, but he survived the traffic and let the Twins' offense do the rest. After the win, Matthews now has a 2-3 record with a 4.15 ERA, 26 strikeouts, and 1.09 WHIP through five starts. The promising young hurler will be back on the mound on Wednesday against the Tigers.
