Freddy Fermin (concussion) placed on 7-day IL

Fantasy Impact:
Fermin sustained a head injury when he was hit by a warm-up pitch in the bottom of the sixth inning and will need some time off to heal. The backstop has been struggling at the plate, hitting just .148 with three homers in 51 appearances on the campaign.
