Shane McClanahan allowed six runs (two earned) on six hits and one walk while striking out four over six innings in Tuesday's 12-5 loss to the Kansas City Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
McClanahan surrendered two home runs to Jac Caglianone and one to Nick Loftin, but was able to overcome that and complete six innings for the first time this season. He has endured a difficult June, posting a 5.79 ERA and 1.82 WHIP across 18.2 innings. McClanahan will look to bounce back in his next scheduled start on Sunday against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
