Ian Seymour served as the bulk reliever in Thursday's 13-2 victory over the Kansas City Royals, tossing 6.2 hitless innings while allowing just one walk and striking out seven on 90 pitches.
Fantasy Impact:
While Seymour did not draw the start on Thursday, he still logged a season-high 6.2 innings and seven strikeouts. He has been excellent in June, holding hitters to a .167 average while posting a 3.86 ERA and 0.95 WHIP. He is expected to take the mound again on Wednesday in a rematch against the Royals.
