Sean Burke allowed two earned runs on four hits and three walks while striking out eight over 5 1/3 innings in Monday's win over the Orioles.

Burke continues a strong stretch on the mound, allowing two earned runs or less in six of his last eight contests. The right-hander has fought inconsistent command at times for manager Will Venable, posting a 3.69 ERA and 1.22 WHIP with a 5-4 record and 9.2 K/9 ratio through 17 appearances.
