Reds shortstop Elly De La Cruz went 1-for-3 with two walks and two stolen bases in a 3-0 loss to the Orioles on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
De La Cruz walked in the first inning, walked again and stole second in the third, and singled and stole second base in the fifth. However, the Reds' mustered just four total hits on the evening and were unable to get the speedster home despite reaching as far as third base in this one. The star shortstop is now up to 12 steals on the season to go along with a .273/.343/.483 slash line with 13 homers, 44 runs, and 40 RBI across an injury-shortened 68 games played.
