Brandon Young allowed four earned runs on eight hits and three walks while striking out five over five innings in Saturday's win over the Reds.

Young has provided mixed results on the mound of late, allowing three earned runs or more in three of his last six trips to the mound. The right-hander remains one of the more reliable options as part of an inconsistent Orioles rotation, posting a 3.38 ERA and 1.36 WHIP with a 7-2 record and 7.2 K/9 ratio across 14 starts.
