Tyler Mahle allowed four runs (three earned) on eight hits while striking out five over 4 1/3 innings in Sunday's loss to the Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Mahle has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three earned runs or more in six of his last seven trips to the mound. The right-hander remains one of the more underwhelming options in the Giants rotation for manager Tony Vitello, posting a 5.70 ERA and 1.49 WHIP with a 1-8 record and 2.38 K/BB ratio through 14 starts.
