Ryan Johnson allowed two earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out six over four innings in Sunday’s loss to the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three or more runs in five of his last six trips to the mound. The right-hander remains another underwhelming option in the Angels rotation for manager Kurt Suzuki, posting a 6.99 ERA and 1.55 WHIP with a 1-4 record and 7.6 K/9 ratio through eight appearances.
