Cristopher Sanchez surrendered nine runs on 12 hits and one walk while striking out just one batter over 3 1/3 innings in Monday's 15-1 loss to the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
To say Sanchez just did not have it Monday afternoon would be a drastic understatement. The All-Star southpaw had pretty much the worst outing of his career, getting tagged for a career-high nine runs. He allowed three homers in this one after giving up just eight over his first 18 starts of the season. Sanchez will just simply try to put this clunker behind him and rebound against the Tigers this weekend.
