Nick Fortes went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and one RBI in Monday's 7-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
Fortes hit his third home run of the season on Monday, taking Brandon Little deep for a 408-foot solo shot in the ninth inning. He's slashing .267/.313/.500 with two home runs across 30 at-bats in July and has driven in a run in back-to-back games. Despite the recent production at the plate, Fortes remains best left on waivers due to his limited playing time.
