Mike Paredes (oblique) has been placed on the 15-day IL due to an oblique strain. (Aaron Gleeman on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Paredes was scratched from his start Saturday after suffering the injury during pregame warmups. After further evaluation, the injury is significant enough to land Paredes on the IL. Connor Prielipp was activated from the IL and will assume the spot in the starting rotation.
