Fantasy Impact:
Kuroda-Grauer underwent emergency surgery to repair a ruptured testicle on July 20, and is without a timetable to return. The rookie was hot to begin his big-league career, hitting .417 with a homer in 16 games, although his sky-high .462 BABIP certainly had something to do with that.
