The Guardians acquired OF Blake Perkins and RHP Craig Yoho from the Guardians for C Bo Naylor and RHP Codi Heuer.
Fantasy Impact:
Perkins is struggling at the plate this season. He'll add depth in the outfield for Cleveland.
