Jacob deGrom allowed five earned runs on seven hits and five walks while striking out three over 3 1/3 innings in Saturday's loss to the Astros.
Fantasy Impact:
deGrom has offered mixed results on the mound of late, allowing four earned runs or more in two of his last four contests. The right-hander has fought inconsistent command as part of an underperforming Rangers rotation for manager Skip Schumaker, carrying a 3.96 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with a 7-7 record and 10.7 K/9 ratio across 21 starts.
