Fantasy Impact:
Shugart was optioned on Sunday, but with Caleb Kilian (oblique) landing on the IL, the former will rejoin the Philadelphia bullpen. Shugart has made 33 appearances for the Phillies this year, posting a 4.93 ERA with 45 strikeouts across 38 1/3 innings.
