Cal Quantrill allowed four hits while striking out five over seven scoreless innings in Tuesday’s win over the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Quantrill continues a strong stretch of late, allowing two earned runs or less in eight of his last nine contests. The right-hander has offered manager Skip Schumaker one of the more stable arms as part of an inconsistent Rangers rotation, posting a 3.13 ERA and 1.15 WHIP to go with a 5-4 record and .644 OPS allowed across 26 appearances.
