Parker Messick allowed one earned run on six hits and no walks while striking out 10 over 6.2 innings in Wednesday's 1-0 loss to the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Messick was sharp but got the usual lack of support. He now owns a 2.54 ERA and 1.03 WHIP with a 9-8 record and 152 strikeouts through 25 starts. Messick's next start will be Monday against the Angels.
