Carter Capps to learn if he needs Tommy John Surgery on Monday

Miami Marlins reliever Carter Capps will learn on Monday whether or not he will need to undergo Tommy John Surgery on his throwing arm. (Peter Gammons on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Capps seemingly came into camp healthy, but was then reported to have undergone an MRI which required a "second opinion". Now he will visit the dreaded Dr. James Andrews and will hear a verdict on his next 12-18 months on Monday. Capps was elite in his short time with the club last season, but we may not get another chance to see him pitch until mid-2017.
