Jonathan Singleton went 2-for-4 with a two-run double and a solo-homer against the Tigers on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Singleton needs a few more showings like this if he wants to keep his job. The Astros are likely to give Singleton one more shot to start the season, if only to keep incumbent A.J. Reed under team control for an extra year. However, Singleton has shown no ability to succeed at the major league level, and is only a flier in the deepest of mixed and AL-Only formats. Don't expect much.
