Rymer Liriano suffers multiple face fractures

X-rays revealed multiple facial fractures for Rymer Liriano after he was struck in the face by a Spring Training pitch. (Tom Haudricourt on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Liriano will remain in the hospital to be evaluated. It's not clear when he'll be able to return, and he's certainly a candidate to begin the regular season on the DL. He appeared to be an extra OF for the Brewers, so he wasn't extremely fantasy relevant.
