Severino Gonzalez has been optioned to AAA Lehigh Valley (Stephen Gross of the Allentown Morning Call)
Fantasy Impact:
Gonzalez had been the organization's minor league pitcher of the year a few years ago, however struggled upon earning a call-up last season. He is still young and could see time up in the bigs at some point, but he should be left alone on the wire.
