Reserve infielder Matt Duffy has signed a contract with the Chiba Lotte Marines of the Nippon Professional Baseball League. (www.mlb.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Duffy had just three plate appearances in 2016, all coming in April with the Houston Astros.
