Robinson Chirinos did not play in Wednesday's 7-4 win over the Mariners due to a sore left ankle.
Chirinos has now missed back-to-back games due to a sore ankle. He is currently day-to-day. Jeff Mathis will continue to handle catching duties until Chirinos is able to return.
