| After six straight seasons of scoring averages in the 20's, Lilliard finally cracked the 30-point average with exactly 30.0 on the season, good for third-highest in the league. At 30 years old, Lilliard is in his prime and should see similar success this year. He also averaged 8.0 assists per game in 2019-2020, 1.1 more than his previous career-high. Lilliard has entered superstar status and should provide top-10 returns in fantasy leagues this season. Dave Kluge - FantasyPros | Don't get me wrong, I think Irving is one of the most talented players in the NBA, but that doesn't necessarily mean I'd feel comfortable spending a second round pick on him this season. We're talking about a guy who has missed over 27% of regular season games throughout his 9-year career in a league where "DNP-rest" nights are becoming more and more prevalent for the league's top players. Now add Kevin Durant to the mix in Brooklyn, a player who will command 16-20 shots per game, and I just can't fathom spending up on Irving.
