Denzel Valentine quiet in 38 minutes in Monday’s double-overtime loss

Denzel Valentine scored just eight points on 3-for-7 shooting, including 2-for-5 from three, in Monday’s 132-128 double-overtime loss to the Pelicans. Valentine added five assists, two rebounds, two steals, and a block in 38 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
Valentine saw 38 minutes off the bench on Monday, which included what would have been Zach LaVine’s minutes in the overtime periods, but failed to do much of anything. He didn’t have much value to begin with, but now that LaVine has taken his place in the starting lineup, Valentine’s value will only decrease as LaVine gets more minutes.
