Derrick Jones Jr. sets new career high with 17 points

The monster athlete has logged 17 and 24 minutes in his first two games. Last night he poured in 17 points, five boards, one steal, one three and was six-of-nine from the free throw line.
Fantasy Impact:
While the free throw percentage wasn't impressive, his ability to drive and get to the line was. "Airplane Mode" has always been known for his hops, but his skill-set has grown into a more versatile one. He's not an add just yet, but be sure to keep an eye on him as his role expands. He can provide solid numbers in points, rebounds and the defensive categories when given the opportunity for minutes.
