Brooklyn eyeing Carmelo Anthony?

The Nets are reportedly considering the idea of signing Carmelo Anthony. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving have apparently been advocating for the team to bring him on board. While Melo is scheduled to work out with some Knicks players, it appears that the Nets are front-runners to take on the future Hall of Famer. (The Athletic)
Fantasy Impact:
Should they choose to sign Melo, the Nets will have to release a player since they already have 15 guaranteed contracts. Melo could become a decent source for points with KD expected to be out for the year, though we'll probably need to see it before he's worth using in fantasy.
