Wizards GM Tommy Sheppard said, "I don't think surgery is an option at all", while discussing All-Star G Bradley Beal's injured right shoulder. (Chase Hughes on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Beal has been nursing the troublesome shoulder - a right rotator cuff injury - for most of the season but ultimately opted to sit-out the Orlando restart after consulting with team doctors. It's definitely good news that he won't require surgery and will instead stay in Washington to conduct his rehab. In this midst of a career-best season, the All-Star guard was putting up 30.5 points, 6.1 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 36.0 minutes a night. All signs point to Beal being healthy and ready to go for the 2020-2021 season.
