Joel Embiid posts third straight 30-point double-double as Sixers get swept

by Adam Koffler | 76ers Correspondent | Sun, Aug 23rd 4:28pm EDT

Joel Embiid put forth his best effort in Game 4, recording another monster double-double, scoring 30 points (8-18 FG, 1-5 3PT, 13-18 FT) with 10 boards, three steals, two blocks, and four turnovers as the Sixers get swept by the Celtics.

Fantasy Impact:

Embiid looked visibly gassed down the stretch in this one, and rightfully so. He put the team on his back each and every game against the Celtics, but the Sixers came up short in all four games, ultimately leading to a series sweep. He ended the series averaging 30 points and 12.3 rebounds per game, but it just wasn't enough to get in the win column.
